Hello, I'm Olivia, and I volunteer as Mandy's Social Media Helper, supporting her in sharing the wonderful work she and her lovely team do. I have over seven years' experience in childcare, progressing from a relief member of staff to a full-time Nursery Practitioner and then a Room Leader. I am passionate about helping children learn and grow at their own pace, believing every child deserves the time, encouragement, and support they need to thrive. I'm also Karen's daughter, our Administration and Invoicing Coordinator, so being part of this company is a real family and friends effort. We all believe in Mandy's vision and are proud to support such an important cause. In this photo, you can also meet my beautiful dog, Lottie. She's 9 years old, completely spoilt rotten, and a huge lovebug who brings a smile wherever she goes!
