At The Wellbeing Den, we understand that everyone’s journey is different and so are their needs. That’s why we offer a compassionate, flexible approach to wellbeing and functional support. Whether you're a parent, carer, or professional, our dedicated team is here to work alongside you to find the right support. Our services include SEND support, Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing, Therapy, Functional Assistance, Consultations with parents and schools, school-based commissions, and nursery and school observations. However, we know that not every situation fits into a box. If you don’t see the service you're looking for, you can complete a simple referral form, which can be found on our contact page and we’ll carefully review your needs to create a personalised support package that’s right for you or the person you're supporting. You’re not alone, we’re here to help, every step of the way.

SEND Support

Additional educational and health support provided to children and young people (0-25) with a special educational need or disability.

Mental Health and Wellbeing

A range of services, strategies, and actions that help individuals cope with life's challenges, manage distress and realise their potential.

Functional Support

Practical and tangible support to assist individuals to perform tasks, enhance wellbeing and problem solve. This include meeting people where they are physically and emotionally at to adapt and improve their quality of life.

Consultation with parents/ schools

This may include:

1 hour consultation
Questionnaire
Written Summary and activities

School commissions / school based.

This may include:

Working within the classroom to model strategies and problem solve.
Termly consultation with SENCO and staff training.
Handwriting, sensory processing, promotion of independence and self care.

Nursery / School observation:

This may include:

90 minute observation in the child's setting
60 minute consultation with relevant caregivers
Written summary with recommendations

These are some examples of the services offered by The Wellbeing Den. Please contact us to discuss further as services are flexible and are designed to meet the needs of an individual. We can also provide our bespoke partnership packages.

Additional expenses: Travel is charged at 45p per mile

Payment: Quotations will be provided following and initial discussion and verbal agreement with professional/ parent/ carer. Half of the amount will be required when booking the assessment, the balance will need to be paid within 14 days of the intervention. Upon receipt of the total amount, a written summary will be provided electronically.
