Tori Tripp
SEND Development Manager

With extensive experience across education, local authority and specialist settings, our SEND Development Manager, Tori Tripp, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
 

Tori’s career has encompassed a range of roles, including Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), EHCP Coordinator, SENDIASS Practitioner, SENCO Assistant and, most recently, SEND Development Manager within a specialist school. This breadth of experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the SEND landscape, enabling her to support families, education settings and professionals with confidence and compassion.
 

Tori is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people by championing inclusive practice, strengthening collaboration between families and professionals, and supporting the effective implementation of statutory SEND processes. Her extensive knowledge of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), SEND legislation and multi-agency working allows her to provide practical guidance and tailored support that helps ensure children and young people receive the provision they need to thrive.

and professionals to promote positive, child-centred outcomes and ensure every child
has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
